These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Price Pixel Co and the use of our website. By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
Price Pixel Co provides photo booth rental services for corporate events, weddings, private parties, brand activations, and other special events. Service details, deliverables, rental duration, setup requirements, and pricing will be outlined in a written agreement or invoice provided to the Client.
A booking is not confirmed until a signed agreement is received and the required deposit has been paid.
Booking and Payment Terms
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due prior to the event date unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services.
Late Payments
Price Pixel Co reserves the right to charge late fees or suspend services if payment terms are not met.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Client Cancellation
If the Client cancels the event, the deposit is non-refundable. Additional payments may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation and expenses already incurred.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. If Price Pixel Co is available on the new date, payments may be transferred. If unavailable, standard cancellation terms apply.
Force Majeure
Price Pixel Co shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather events, venue restrictions, government orders, power outages, or emergencies.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide adequate space, access, and power supply for equipment.
Ensure the venue permits photo booth services.
Provide safe and secure working conditions.
Ensure supervision of guests and equipment during the rental period.
The Client is financially responsible for any damage caused by guests, venue staff, or other third parties during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.
Setup and Breakdown
Price Pixel Co typically requires access to the venue prior to the event for setup and after the event for breakdown. Delays caused by venue restrictions or access issues may reduce operational time and do not qualify for refunds.
Equipment Malfunction
In the unlikely event of equipment malfunction, Price Pixel Co will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace equipment promptly.
If services cannot be fulfilled due to equipment failure beyond control, liability shall be limited to a refund of the amount paid for the affected portion of the services. Price Pixel Co shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Media Delivery
Digital galleries, photos, and videos are typically delivered within a timeframe outlined in your agreement. Delivery timelines may vary based on event size and customization requirements.
Price Pixel Co is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect contact information provided by the Client.
Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
Price Pixel Co retains copyright ownership of all photos, videos, and media captured unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use event media for personal or promotional purposes.
Price Pixel Co may use event media for portfolio, website, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the event.
Website Use
All content on the Price Pixel Co website, including text, images, graphics, and branding, is the property of Price Pixel Co and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its functionality.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Price Pixel Co shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits
Loss of business opportunities
Event disruptions outside our control
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services under the applicable agreement.
Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Price Pixel Co from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Client’s event, including claims caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
Amendments
Price Pixel Co reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
